Dosage

Start taking on the 5th day of the menstrual cycle. We recommend continuous use for 3 weeks. Skip the following week during menstruation. Take 2 PMS capsules twice a day, with GOOD MOOD drink. Fill the measuring cup up to the 5 ml mark, pour it into a dry glass, add 200 ml of water, and mix well. After dissolving, take 2 capsules with the drink.
